This is “wake-up” juice because it is best drank in the morning, the lemon juice will wake you up! You will feel clean and energized all morning long, not mention all the great things it will do for your insides.

SuperJuice: Watermelon Wake-Up Recipe

Two Servings

Ingredients:

4 Medium sized organic lemons

1 1/2 cups of watermelon chunks (seedless is best if you do not have a juicer)

1/2 cup of FRESH parsley leaves

2 Tablespoon of raw honey

Ice, splash of water

Directions:

1. Juice or blender lemon juice and pulp, watermelon chunks. Strain to remove seeds and seed particles.

2. Blend parsley leaves, honey, lemon-watermelon juice and pulp with ice and water until leaves are in tiny pieces, small enough so it won’t bother you to swallow it. It will be frothy, green and pinkish color.

3. Drink before it separates, stir if it does, enjoy the health benefits not to mention it can be as awakening as a cup of coffee!
